Welcome to Caring League (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) marketing consulting services (the “Services”). By engaging with us, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms.

2. Services Provided

Caring League offers:

  • DEI marketing audits & strategy development
  • Inclusive brand messaging & content consulting
  • DEI training for marketing teams
  • Representation & creative direction guidance
  • Measurement & impact reporting

All services are advisory in nature. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information for project success
  • Designate a point of contact for collaboration
  • Make timely payments as agreed
  • Use our recommendations at your own discretion

4. Fees & Payment

  • Fees are outlined in your signed proposal or contract
  • Invoices are due within 15 days unless otherwise stated
  • Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly interest fee
  • Rush requests may require additional fees

5. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to keep proprietary information confidential
  • Exclusions: Publicly available data or legally required disclosures

6. Intellectual Property

  • Pre-existing materials remain owned by their original creator
  • Deliverables (e.g., reports, frameworks) are owned by Client upon full payment
  • We retain rights to methodologies, templates, and aggregated insights

7. Limitations of Service

  • Caring League does not provide legal or financial guidance.
  • Caring League may refuse services to anyone for any reason at any time.

8. Service Modifications, Refunds & Termination

  • Caring League reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time.
  • We may terminate services if a client violates these Terms.
  • We do not issue refunds for services rendered

9. Limitation of Liability

Caring League is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
  • Reliance on advice provided from consulting services
  • Limitation of Liability: Caring League is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Services. The materials on Caring League, LLC’s website as well as services or products provided by Caring League, LLC are provided ‘as is’. Caring League, LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
  • No Guarantees: We make no guarantees regarding our services.
  • Limitations In no event shall Caring League, LLC, its affiliates, associates, employees, contractors or its suppliers be liable for any damages, even if Caring League, LLC or a Caring League, LLC authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
  • Accuracy of Materials The materials appearing on Caring League, LLC’s website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Caring League, LLC does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Caring League, LLC may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However, Caring League, LLC does not make any commitment to update the materials.
  • Links Caring League, LLC has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Caring League, LLC of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.
  • Total liability is capped at fees paid for the relevant service

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the applicable courts.
